Welcome to Wellness Wednesday. I woke up irritated and a bit sad this morning due to PMS, I’m assuming. I have a lot to get done today and I don’t feel like doing half of it and that is not an option. I consider skipping my new daily routine of setting intentions, meditating, pulling cards and journaling but then I realized that I need this more than ever right now. When I am feeling irritated I need to stop and listen rather than ignore the feeling until it comes pouring out in the worst kind of way. I needed this for my Wellness Wednesday.

My interpretation (very quick interpretation)

Before I run my errands today I need to clean my house a bit. I need a clean kitchen to enjoy cooking so that needs to be done before I leave. After running errands I will come home to cook and bake; I’m quite literally the home-maker today. There is a small chance I might have lunch with my mother and this card is motherly, I thought that was cute.

I also pulled the Four of Swords which depicts a male resting/laying in what appears to be a coffin to me. In a church (stain glass windows are on the card) with 3 swords over his body and one below. Naturally I thought I was dying upon first glance of this card but turns out it can represent a time of contemplation and relaxation. Or a prison stay/jail time. not joking. Word on street this card shows up often in readings of people who have started a new journey of meditation…very cool. That’s me.

Louise Hay’s Heart Thought Card reads “Everything I need comes to me in the right time/space sequence. I ask for help by telling life what I need and allowing it to happen.”

I want peace, happiness and harmony on the outside of me and the inside of me.

Love you Babies
